Notification of Award Selection
- Applicants will be notified the results of their application after the abstracts for conference presentations are decided. This will probably be by September, 2019. A travel award will not be made to a person whose abstract is not accepted.
- Successful travel award applicants must register to attend the conference. Failure to do this will result in cancellation of the award.
- Successful travel award applicants are required to sign an Agreement to repay the award value if they do not attend and present at the conference.
- The decision of IWA Micropol specialist group is final, and no debate over selection or rejection will be entered into. The amount of the award is intended to assist in meeting costs of attending, not to cover all costs, and the amount will not be varied.
